You should also check for emails in your Inbox as these will also generate credits for your account. For Paid-to-click ads, once you have opened the ads, just refresh the page or re-click the Paid to Click link to give you a new set of ads. If you run out of ads, you'll have to wait for a few hours or just check back the following day.
